- Competition conducted under SOBHD rules.
- Morning registration begins at 8:30 am for Beginner and Novice and 9:00 am for Primary.
- Primary Group will be divided into A & B if entries warrant. This group will not begin before 9:30 am.
- Registration for Intermediate and Premier begins at 12:30 pm with competition not starting before 1:00 pm following conclusion of morning events.
- Special Event Group Choreographies to begin at the conclusion of morning events with registration open at 10:00 am. (Limited to first 5 entries per event category). Costumes and Music should be celtic in nature, max. 3 minutes in length. Group must consist of a minimum of 3 persons. Pre-Premier may consist of Novice and Intermediate Level dancers only.
- Morning events are in the following order: Lilt; Flora; 16 Pas de Basques; Pas de Basques and High Cuts; Fling; Sword; Sean Truibhas.
- Afternoon events are in the following order: Irish Jig; Barracks; Blue Bonnets; Highland Laddie; Earl of Erroll; Half Tulloch and Sean Truibhas.
- Medals awarded to all groups. Premier Adult Section to receive prize money. Awards up to six places or 2 awards less than group size.
- Age groups will be decided by Organizing Committee to ensure a fair distribution of dancers in each category. First to enter is last to dance
- Snacks and drinks available on site. No food or drink allowed in facility. Water stations are provided.
- Late Fees in effect if entry is postmarked or hand delivered after October 10
